II. Prices and promotions
Product prices listed on this website are final. Product prices could be changed without informing customers before the action of ordering. Consumers agree to pay the current price at the time of placing the order.
III. Orders
You can place your orders online only, and only from this page. For placing your order you have to fill in all the empty spaces in the order form marked with a sign (*).
IV. Delivery
Goods are shipped within 1-3 working days from receipt of order. When the product is not available, WE MUST INFORM YOU in that period mentioned on this page. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for delays in orders caused by the courier company as well as for filling in incorrect address or other force majeure.
V. Warranty and Returns
Users have all the rights under the law.
Returns are accepted after contacting us. The customer should specify the reasons for the return. We have the right not to accept the return, if we believe that it is caused as a result of unreasonable complaint or of misuse by the consumers.

Rights:
We may not deliver the ordered products when incorrect address or phone is specified. We are not responsible for the information specified by the manufacturer of the product.
VII. Rights and responsibilities of customers

Customers should provide a valid telephone number, e-mail and address and to pay the price of ordered products to be able to accept it, not to make false orders, not to give false reviews on products, and not to provide other incorrect information.
Rights:
Every customer has the right to receive the ordered product as well as to deny to receive it within seven working days from the date of delivery, meeting the requirements according to law.
